Clean room, excellent Japanese food and well appointed new gym.
The location is near from two big shopping malls in Thamrin just a cross the street through a bridge, i feel there is other hotels and the bed is very comfortable.

Great breakfast and lovely gym and pool.

Expensive charge for, currently the old tower and the SPA facilities are under renovation, bathroom is not completely separate because the wall is made of glasses.

The location is very good and this great hotel had only one minor issue, as you could find some hairs in the bathroom. The lobby is impressive and the room i stayed in was very well equipped, the customer service are excellent. Internet cost 11 $ should be free wifi and superb breakfast is held on the 15 floor, clubroom.

The location is near from two big shopping malls in thamrin just a cross the street through a bridge and this hotel is great. The bed is very comfortable and the location is excellent, just opp our hotel is Plaza Indonesia/hyatt hotel, the staff are very polite and corteous. Rooms are clean and nice, the breakfast is good as the spread is sumptuous. The pool is pretty huge.

Perfect location for shoppers as is next to plaza & grand Indonesia mall, the hotel seems to be a good hotel for the price charged and staff are very friendly, helpfull and speak English. Unusual clear window between bathroom and rest of room, the buffet breakfast is very varied and delicious. The pool is excellent and has great cabanas you can lounge in.
