Good value and location, near the train station. Cheap and Nice hotel, not a bad price. Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was very clean.

The breakfast was ok, not as great as some other continental style servings, the sheets were not cleaned at all.

Friendly and central location, a good 45 minute walk from promenade des anglais. The hotel is not in the best part of the city, the staff are multi lingual and very helpful re, we ended up just going to bed and paying a different guy in the morning. Breakfast can be improved.
