Nice view to the city and near subway. The hotel is great and the entire building is spotless. Sunkust store appears to have the best selection and the lobby is attractive and the breakfast plentiful.

The air conditioning does not work well leaving the room warm and uncomfortable during the day, outside pool was closed as I believe is only open for part of the year.

The location is perfect, the area is very quiet at night is also welcome in Osaka and the lobby is very big and there is a shopping gallery. The staff is very kind, room are spacious and spotless, good Japanese cooking show in the restaurant 18th floor.

The location was very nice and the hotel staff were excellent and were very helpful and friendly. Free wifi in the lobby worked well and service was good and recepionist kind. The room was amazing, top floor lounge was booked for a private function and breakfast was superb, big choice of continental and cooked items.

Just a few minutes from a jr station, near Osaka park and the location was only good for the castlle, then was quiet a walk from everything else. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was fine.

Osaka castle was just across the river, the view from our room overlooking the castle and park was very nice, from entering the hotel to leaving the service we received was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and the bathroom was nice, cleaned. Breakfast was plenty and varied.

The area was definitely more relaxed than downtown Osaka and service at the hotel was flawless. The staff were very helpful, the room was quiet heet, and the air conditioner was not working properly, breakfast was good.
