Location: the hotel was near to the vi ai pi club, underground cafe and sky garden, the shops and the night life. I got savoury and large breakfasts with halal food and also chicken.

As for me, the area was quite expensive.

I liked my room - good sized and soundproof with balcony.

The hotel offers cheap and neat rooms with the air conditioning and the pictures online, as example, I am very pleased about that.

The breakfast is savoury with chicken and muslim diet and more western food, there’s an option for each taste. Every time in Legian we stay in this hotel.

The staff, including Eka, Putu Epa, and Putri, were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and the overall value for money was excellent. The pool area was fantastic, and the pool bar offered tasty and affordable food options. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I can't wait to come back to Bali and stay at Neo again.

The hotel was perfectly cleanwith a pool. The breakfast was savoury and with free-flow coffee, the staff was accommodating. The location was favourable, for example, Ground Zero Monument was not very far from the venue. The hotel was in a downtown area, very close to kuta beach and many other things.

Generally, the place was relaxing and had extremely friendly staff who helped us with our reservation. The breakfast was savoury and large for muslim diet, and the pool was very clean. The room was stylish, new-fashioned and complete with balcony and perfect view, for example.

The reception staff were helpful and patient, even accompanying me to the Police Station. The breakfast buffet was amazing with good value. It was a really really nice experience. Check in was efficient, hotel was unique, locations was incredible near to bars & disco which you can hear the music from the bars. The rooms were new-fashioned, airy, came with bathroom, balcony, alternative windows. The food was outstanding, fine.

The a double room I had was airy. Its location was central, not too far from Bali Bombing Memorial. Further, it was just off Very close to nightlife and rooms and shopping malls, restaurants, street market, beach.
