nothing.I have never been treated like this anywhere else. The people are chinese , they can not speak english properly.
the room was too clean. There is no space except the bed. the room smells musty. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Location is excellent, staff very attentative. Coffee is very good
Breakfast didn't give enough healthy choices, there was bread, ham, cheese, salami, apples and bananas, some cereals. Only milk for cereals. I guess if I have stated that my mother is diabetic at the time of booking they might've accommodated her requests.

The hotel is in the middle of downtown with fast access to the castle ruins and municipal tunnels. The buffet breakfast was plentiful.
While the lobby and breakfast areas looked brand new, the rooms that we had looked pretty dated.

The location is really excellent in the middle of the historical center of Valkenburg. The staff is very kind.
The parking is 150 meters away from the hotel.

The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great - short walking distance to the Christmas Markets in the caves, the coal mine, the castle ruins, and restaurants and shops.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Owners were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were warm and the under floor heating in the toilet/shower room was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The decoration in the bedroom needs updating but we understand the couple have just taken over the Hotel. Altogether top marks and highly recommended.
in British accommodation tea making facilities are part of the room but we understand in Holland this is not the case. However we did get a kettle when requested. There was nothing we disliked about our stay

I liked the location of the hotel. Also the shower and bed were really good.Everything was clean.

The location was excellent,being in the very centre of the town,close to shops,restaurants and the Christmas markets
Our main problem was the distance from the car park.We are both elderly and had to carry our luggage for a long distance.Because of the location it is not possible to park outside the hotel even to unload. It was also necessary to check in before being given access to the car park so we had to park somewhere first and then move the car again to the hotel park.I Think that this should be made clear at the time of booking as elderly or disabled would find this a problem.

I like the location downtown.Staff was very helpful and friendly.Like the room ,big for family.It was clean.Nice towels:)
