Very helpful staff and the rooms were clean and spacious.
Staff is courteous and helpful, the bathroom is fine, breakfast is very abundant and service in the restaurant is friendly and efficient.
Hotel room was large, clean and a view of the parliament buildings, staff were friendly, the air conditioning was plentiful, and more than adequate for June.

Good breakfast, great espresso, hot chocolate, nice pastries and fruits.

Staff could smile a little, rooms in the 1st floor are noisy because of the watter tubes around.

And the best gelato shop is literally right around the corner and the hotel is in a great location. The room and tha bathroom is comfortable and clean, the staff is very kind.
