Favourable and unbeatable location for visiting eateries and bars. Friendly service within 0.5 miles of the airport. Plenty of cheap food at breakfast time.

The room was top-class and tastefully decorated, included air conditioner and a writing table. The staff were all professional and incredibly helpful.

The hotel has good and absolutely perfect location close to airport. And it's nestled in a nice building next to trains, especially subway M14 in Midosuji line and nearest subway station a 10' yo Shin-Osaka train Station and Kyoto or other parts of Japan. Make sure you stay in the superior twin room for value.

Thank you very much for the excellent stay for a business trip. The breakfast is delicious, available with tuna, the amazing local pancakes plus cereal options. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to transport system. We can recommend staying at this very good budget hotel.

Totally REAL GOOD stay in japan public holidays. Impeccably clean hotel, strategic and peaceful location close to the Shin Osaka railway station, delicious breakfast. Location next to the subway and Shin Osaka station and Restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy plus the subway station. For tea or coffee visit Danshiyaku nearby.

the management was professional and very responsive, as well as the staff. had a very very good experience staying at the superior twin room. the breakfast offered a wide array of food and was rich.

A double room with double bed, storage of a suitcase plus good shower. Comfy location to all the major shopping attractions in Osaka, good restaurants in the local area. Again, walking distance to Ajinokoji.

The views are absolutely gorgeous, and this place is in a convenient and peaceful spot that's not too far from both the train and subway stations, as well as the subway and JR lines. 🌆

The breakfast here is satisfying with a mix of Japanese dishes and cereals to start your day and the hotel is conveniently located in the center with friendly and welcoming staff.

The service was very good with a fast check-in. Had the double room which was newly decorated with a beautiful view. The staff was patient and attentive, everything was really good.

Great location for Shinkansen transfers, just a short walk from the station. The staff at Mystays were incredibly friendly and organized, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

One minor drawback was the size of the room, which was smaller than expected. However, it was clean and had a comfortable bed.

Good price. The hotel is near to Shinkansen, JR, Shinosaka (subway) station. Some souvineir shops, restaurants near the Station. Room is clean and tidy. They can keep my baggage before I check in, and when I check out, they can also keep my baggage free of charge.

This hotel is definitely a good deal and among the best available hotel near shin-osaka.

Generally I have no complaint with this hotel except for early check in part where I have place my request to have early in during my hotel reservation with no response from the hotel. Until the day I arrived, the hotel staff inform me that they will charge around 3000 yen for early check in at 11am.
