The lobby is spectacular and value means you get your money's worth. The staff are brilliant, rooms are adequate and the buffet breakfast is the best I have EVER had. The gym is modern and the day spa is excellent.

This place is an amazing example of over the top decadence, the service is very very good and rooms a luxuriously decorated, bathrooms are fantastic. Food is excellent in the 2 restaurants i tried in the basement, the spa is nice.

The hotel is in close proximity to a couple of the best malls in jkk and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and gym and pool are good to unwind in after a hard day.

My room was huge, nice quality and the bathroom clean and spacious, the service was great; extremely friendly and helpful. The bed one of the most comfortable beds i've ever slept in and the food was excellent and the selection was mind boggling.
