The location seemed marvellous close to whale watching activities. And we were very close to a lake and trucks coming off ferry.

The room with a view. It was quiet as advertised! Convenient location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Had tea and goodies at A l'eportee Coop, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

Excellent spot not far from restaurants, cafe, nature and the ferry. Also, to everything Tadoussac has to offer.

We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right near the ferry. We also enjoyed the room service and the heating amenities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

small cramped room, depressing decor, bad furniture, run down, on main road, no view. owner refused to cancel booking as we did it through Booked.net. We only stayed 1 night yet paid the price for for 2.

The rooms were overpriced at $250 per night and lacked basic amenities like a kettle and a safe hairdryer. Additionally, the advertised restaurant and breakfast were non-existent. However, we found a better and cheaper motel just 100 meters away. It had all the amenities we needed, was cleaner, and had many dining options nearby. Moving to the new motel was definitely a smarter choice.

The service provided there was terrific. The rooms were comfy and quiet with boiling water device, basic amenities like boiling water device, for instance, that's all we needed. Location: the hotel was very close to the restaurants and attractions in town, large trucks up and downhill most of the night, and a lake.

When I am in Tadoussac, I like staying here. Tbh, the hotel is a bit basic, even so it has great views. Thanks to all affable and welcoming staff. The property's location is nice, near the restaurants and attractions, the trucks, and nice view to the lake.
The room is very plain.

I liked the view from my room.
There were only two choices for the breakfast menu.It was very expensive for what was served. They wouldn't serve wholewheat bread.Continental breakfast: 1 croissant, 2 white toasts, small slice of watermelon, of kiwi and of orange, small glass of juice and coffee: 6,95!!A lot of bread! not balanced menu.

I am from Ontario and I really appreciated that there was always someone at the hotel who spoke English.
The only thing that I think I would try to improve on was the fact that the ferry hill is right outside and you can hear traffic early in the morning. Beacuse there was no air ocnditioners or fans in the room I needed to keep my windows open and therefore I could hear the traffic. Perhaps if there were fans or something to give white noise you may not hear the trucks.

The location of the hotel was great, it was conveniently situated near the ferry and had easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing good customer service throughout my stay.
There were several negative aspects that made my experience less enjoyable. the noise level was unbearable.
