  The location was the best asset of this hotel, many of the staff were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful, also needs cable TV, as the selection of TV for English speakers was just BBC.

  For our four day stay in Kyoto the place served us well, nice staff and bed is comfortable and internet is free.

  Another attraction you must try are the hot baths on the top floor and a great place for dinner almost right across the street. The staff are extremely helpful and speak a reasonable amount of English, the beds are comfortable.

  Very clean, very convenient location for centre and good for conference centre, lovely hotel. • staff extra helpful and comfortable clean room. Nice little bar, monterey a great, elegant choice and large by Japanese standards.

  Good location in Kyoto, near shops,cafes and public transportation, smart Hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Bathroom was nice and large.
