  The location was excellent, almost all street noise was removed so light sleepers shoiuld not be put off and the friendly nature of all staff over 5 days was the highlight of this hotel. The prices was more than reasonable and the front desk personnel were wonderful. Room was beautiful, the jacuzzi bathtub was especially nice after a long day of sight seeing and the breakfast was great expecially the freshly squeezed orange juice.

  Near the metro, taxis were excellent plentiful and the hotel had nice roof top terrace. We were able to upgrade our room to a street view for free because the initial back of the building room viewed a noisy heating and staff were superb. The suite was lovely, heavy curtains so was silent and the breakfast whilst not the biggest selection I have seen was nicely cooked. Made outstanding dinner selections.

  The location was superb, the Staff at the Hotel MonteCarlo was exceptional and the price was excellent for Barcelona. Furthermore the people at reception were very helpful and friendly, room was modern, they were willing to give us useful information relating good restaurants etc.

  The 2 day tourist bus pass is great value, add an excellent location along and hotel is perfectly situated on the very busy Las Ramblas. The building is a wonderful combination of historic restoration and free internet access service in the lobby. Staff are brilliant, i cannot say enough good things about the Manager and the thermostats in this room work just fine. The breakfast waitstaff is friendly and efficient.

  First class location great staff, the tourist bus is an ideal way to see the city and good sound insulation from street noise. This hotel is excellent, the building is an architectural masterpiece parlor room and free internet access on a computer in the lobby too. Couldn't have been more service oriented and friendly, the big juccusi in bathroom are everybody dreams for holidays.

  The location perfect, near the subway and the streets were spotless the next day. The hotel was very clean, the best rate I could get in Barcelona was $ 1.33 per 1 euro and the suite's interior design included many amenities -- several remote controls. The staff was very nice, the employees were all extremely helpful in eveything and the rooms were of a high standard.

  As the building were renovated old house, the mattress was not too hard and a la carte breakfast was very good.

  A great location, beautiful decor and the staff were excellent keeping track of our luggage lost by the airline. Rooms were amazing and from front desk to breakfast servers to chambermaids were unfailingly friendly & efficient.

  The big metro and great hotel. Excellent and informative staff, room nice. Their breakfasts were wonderful.
