The location is perfect and the historic hotels group is fabulous.
The dining room is an exquisitely designed space as are several of the other common areas and the hotel is lovely.
Our view looked on the matterhorn and we had a lovely balcony, the hotel only opened its door the day we arrived and everything was perfect, the reception staff were courteous and very helpful.

Zermatt is located at the end of Vispertal valley. Surrounded by beautiful nature this is just the right way to escape from daily routine.

Getting around

There are free parking lots on site for CHF 18.00 per day.

All guests are shuttled to/ from the airport. For those who prefer travelling by train it’s very convenient to stay in this hotel because trains bring guests directly to Zermatt.

The location is towards the end of the main street and a good location, hotel staff are well trained, service is friendly, helpful and quick paced. The dining room is very elegant.
