Hotel is in an awesome location, about two minutes walk from the platz around the dom.
The hotel is in an excellent location - within walking distance of all the main markets and the Lindt Chocolate Museum - yum!
Overall this hotel is in an excellent location, is clean, fresh and has a real contemporary feel about it and the staff were on the whole brill - we will definitely be staying here next year for the markets, as they were also amazing.
Some roadworks while we were there (a new underground or something) but they wont be there for everyone!
I was concerned we might have heard some noise from the train station but did not hear a thing.

Room good, THE comfiest bed we have ever slept in.
The beds and bed linen are pretty special too - goose down and starchy cotton.
The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable with good quality bed linen.
The rooms were also clean with in-room safes, hairdryers, wide range of freebie toiletries which we always find useful.
Ate in the Tapas bar, more of a restaurant offshoot really, and cannot fault the service or food.
We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, choosing instead to go and eat in a local cafe, which was fantastic - fresh waffles with fruit and yogurt for 4 Euros - fab!
The breakfast (which we had brought up to us) was fantastic.
We did not have the breakfast as we left early (and it was 20euro).
Great restaurants on the block just behind the property.

Excellent location near to the Dom, very nice hotel and the staff at reception we checked out were very helpful.
Unfortunately the staff are rude and the service is poor.
The concierges and staff were adept, helpful and unobtrusive.
Staff generally were great, friendly and efficient.
Also, if you are planning on using the gym there, think again.
The modern seating areas in the large lobby are sleek & comfortable.
I found the staff very helpful, the rooms were clean small.
The bathrooms were very contemporary, clean and above all practical!
