The size of our twin room, a little bit small.

The hotel is located perfectly in the heart of the city, near all the main attractions. Many restaurants and activities to do in the area. The room was clean and well-furnished, the bathroom was also spacious and had all you needed. Breakfast was decent with good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to help us with any requests. We enjoyed the view from our room and the facilities provided were great.

The hotel could have had more aesthetically pleasing decor.

The staff was very friendly. Airco was very effective and we had a big nice room. Not all rooms seemed to be of that size. Hotel was very clean and beds and bathroom were very good. Since we arrived at the hotel at 23:00, staff offered us free tea.

The breakfast was ok but not diverse enough to enjoy it a whole week. Coffee was bad. The music during breakfast (on TV) was too loud. They have a tiny little bar. To go to the city, you need to climb a steep hill to get to the public transport (tram). They have a beautiful roof terrace but it is not used. Staff told us it would open within 2 months time. I had asked via email for the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport but they didn't show up. A taxi brought us to the hotel for 35 LIRA. Metro and tram is also an option if you arrive during the day.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Turkey. In all repects (except for limited amenities..no computer access, pool gym etc)

We stayed at a good hotel for four nights and had two different rooms. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The hotel was close to main tourist attractions and had a great breakfast with lots of choices. The staff was also very nice. Would definitely recommend and return. Overall I had a lovely stay at this hotel.

Staff are very very friendly. The food is great. Very clean rooms and free Wifi. I liked the hotel and the staff. After a month I go to Istanbul for business again and I will choose this hotel. Thank you for everything!

Hotel is clean. The hotel's restaurant meals were very tasty and personnel are very good.

During my Easter vacation, I stayed at a hotel in a central location that was walking distance to many popular attractions. The room was comfortable and had modern facilities such as a safe and minibar. The staff was friendly and accommodating when it came to providing us with hot beverages early in the morning.

The hotel's service greatly lacked. Our room was not serviced, even though we requested it to be cleaned.

The hotel is well situated near the major attractions (Topkapi, Blue Mosque, Aghia Sofia). It is a design hotel rather comfortable and modern. It is very clean. We stayed there for 2 nights before our trip to Cappadocia and 2 nights after.

Staff at reception are not much professional. Breakfast is Turkish: not friendly for diabetic people: no fresh juice and no sweetener. No croissants: but if you like cheese and pastrami and Turkish dishes it is copious. Electricity has problems during the night when it is hot (most probably due to overload)

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a convenient area with plenty of shops all along the roads. It was great to be in the heart of the tourist area, surrounded by the charm of the old town. The hotel was just a short walk from the tram station of the grand bazaar, making it extremely easy to explore the city.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and amenities exceeded my expectations and made my trip to this city even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was the same all days; the eggs were undercooked and cold.

Since februari renovated and reopened. Charming and with a lot of comfort. First night disturbence of street noise but the management moved us immediately to another room, even with an upgrade. So kind ! Good breakfast.

We loved the hotel facilities - they were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with advice on nearby attractions. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near the tram stop, shopping areas, and main tourist attractions.

Can't fault the property in any way.
