The staff were amicable and knew the area. The room was large and functional here with balcony. We enjoyed an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a writing table.

The room is well-appointed and pet-friendly with good air con, also they can offer wake-up service. It offers great services.

The location was absolutely perfect and nice, on route from Santander or Bilbao to the south as it is approximately 3 hours south of the port, convenient to go everywhere. The room was well-appointed with balcony, the staff was very friendly efficient.

The room is generous-sized and newly renovated, it comes with good views of snow topped mountains, good bathrooms and a variety of meals. All in all they offer friendly service.

And it was also just next door to the cafeteria in the evening where the food, France and Spain, and the cafe.

The room itself was well-appointed and good-sized with modern bathroom and had essentials I needed. The location was absolutely perfect - just next door to the ferries at Santander and Bilbao, ferry port at Bilbao and Mirasierra.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the location was beautiful, and the triple room we booked was modern and comfortable - making it a great place to stay with our two dogs.
