      Calm location and great Stay. Lovely interior, wonderful staff and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room 405 on the top floor was perfect for 4 nights in late may, breakfast was also exceptionally good.

      The surroundings are quite and the view from the roof terrace lovely, the whole hotel is beautiful, service is friendly. The rooms are spotless, all of the furnishings are in great shape, and all of the equipment works, staff all very helpful and a good breakfast in the garden to start the day.

      Location is great and because the hotel is set back on a cul de sac, is very quiet. Internet access is available for a nominal charge, the breakfast buffet is very rich.

      Best homemade foccaccia in Italy and excellent service. Good room standard and fresh towels every day. Very nice breakfast buffet and especially eating outside in the lovely garden.
