  Great location for restaurants, little noisy at certain times late night due to being on a main street and hotel Milano was an excellent place to stay my wife. The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean.

  Easy taxi ride from airport, the hotel is located in the center of Old San Juan a perfect location even older travellers can walk to nearby attractions and great restaurants close by.

  The Bar down the street is very noisy at night, a coffee pot in the lobby available for guesta and most channels on the TV list didn't actually work.

  Good location in old town and great Hotel. Rates only two stars at best and fast internet pc in the lobby. The helpful staff and beds comfy.

  The bass boom that comes through the building on room 206 was annoying enough that we had to use ear plugs to sleep and the streets were closed due to construction. The breakfast was disappointing.

  The location was good, taxi service was quick to arrive and as did several guests free of charge. Furthermore the Continental breakfast was adequate in a venue that was nice, staff was unusually helpful and informative, room was comfortable.

  The only reasonably priced parking lot was more than four blocks away, wiFi only worked in cramped lobby and restaurants were perfect.

  Great location for pre- cruise and close to Old Town. The hotel then arranged a taxi to take us and the staff is most helpful and friendly. Many restaurants are very close.

  Very noisy late weekend nights from nearby music clubs and no real comfort chairs in a lobby that is very small. Bathrooms need to be updated.

  Center of Old San Juan - convenient for restaurants and i liked the hotel because of 's location to the pier. Very helpful staff, very comfortable room.
