Bright room overall, with spacious walk-in shower. Very good and courteous staff on reception and elsewhere. Marvellous location near Omiya's Pinetree. Appetising food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity.

If visiting Atami, I would stay there again. The staff are great. Great location close to many good restaurants, you can walk everywhere.

This hotel has a fantastic location right by the beach, perfect for enjoying the fireworks show. The ocean view twin room was spacious and offered a great view of the fireworks. The onsen facilities on the 8th floor and top floor had amazing ocean views as well.

The hotel had a mini lounge available in the afternoons, with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. The staff provided high-quality service, and the room was clean and tidy. Additionally, the hotel had a mini-shop selling local products.

The hotel had a cozy and romantic ambiance with beautiful sea views from most of the rooms. The hot springs facilities were clean, well-maintained, and offered saunas. We loved the attentive and helpful service of the staff. They offered free of charge phone charging facilities and were always eager to assist us. The hotel was located in a great spot, with easy walking distance to several good restaurants.

The food quality was average, and the portions were small. the room decor was dated and could have used some modernizing.
