Built in 1964 and recently renovated, the Hotel Metropol is glad to invite you to its friendly premises. You will definitely enjoy spectacular views of the Matterhorn that the hotel can offer.

The hotel’s central location together with its well-designed and tastefully furnished guestrooms is highly appreciated by the hotel’s guests.   The location is very good, a free electric bus stop is also just outside and spa is great after getting off the mountain. Hotel staff are always friendly, the scene of my room is facing Matterhorn is excellent and breakfasts are perfect. The facilities are very clean and well maintained.

  Excellent location and fantastic hotel. And, not too bad on the price, good Supportive staff and the room is also clean and comfortable. Spa amenities are perfect.

  Quiet location 1 minute away from main street, a perfect place and long stairs to the reception, not suitable for disabled persons. Rooms and spa were new, meals were excellent. Dinner was also very good.

  An ideal view of the Matterhorn from our nice roomy terrace, friendly atmosphere and great staff. Bathroom were very spacious, food was excellent.

  The location is very convenient to the train station and the ski entrances, the hotel has quiet, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, heated towel rack and new bathroom, spa is good.

  Quiet location 1 minute away from main street, comfortable little place and friendly and helpful staff. Nice furniture and lots of mirrors and bright lights. Always having great food and service, pretty good chef. Spa were impeccably maintained and lovely.

  One having a wonderful view of the Matterhorn, excellent small hotel and the personnel was friendly. Beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful, breakfast was very nice.

  The room we stayed had a excellent view of mt, i arrived at 21 and the hotel restaurant was already closed, the staff were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was traditional for europe.
