The location is excellent, you cannot beat the price compared to other Three star hotels and nicole at the front desk is wonderful and helpful.

The location is superb and stylish and comfortable hotel located only a few minutes stroll from the town centre.

Situated on the quiet small street in the heart of the city and the location of the hotel was excellent. The Staff were extreamly helpfull and the computer room was very useful. Breakfast was good.

Great location, hotel staff were very professional and helpful, especially the young woman worked reception most of the time I was there were all friendly. Also room deco was exceptional, an excellent breakfast was included.

Very well situated to explore the pedestrian zones of Baden-Baden, the hotel is in a quiet secondary road and service is friendly and helpful.

Need to go downstairs to the restaurant to have hot water and breakfast food can be improved somewhat.

Handy location, easy acces from train station and near the park alley. This is a smart hotel and clean and cheerful room in the front corner of the building. Little dead end street and the staff is nice. Complimentary pay tv programm, good coffee at breakfast - even two.
