The rooms at Mercure Valenciennes Centre were just perfect for a karaoke-loving casino enthusiast like me. The air-conditioning and comfortable beds made it easy to relax after a long night of singing and gambling with friends. Plus, the flat-screen TV with satellite channels meant we never missed our favorite shows!

Personally, I found the minibar a bit pricey for my taste, but hey, others might appreciate the convenience.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in the old city center. The location was perfect, right in front of a shopping mall and in the heart of the city. I loved how convenient it was to explore the local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always available. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I even enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were excellent, with a well-stocked mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. I also loved the terrace where I could relax and take in the views. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, quality services, and convenience.

This hotel has an unbeatable location in the center, steps away from the shopping mall and close to some great restaurants with local specialties. It is in a secure area, making it perfect for women traveling alone. The rooms are clean, modern, and equipped with excellent air conditioning, and some offer a fantastic view of the church. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, offering excellent service.

The breakfast is not up to par, with limited food options and poor replenishment of stocks.
