The room was really comfortable with a big TV and free Wi-Fi. The air conditioning was great, especially for someone like me who gets hot easily. I loved that they provided a minibar with free soft drinks, it was a nice treat. The welcome tray and free bottle of water made me feel well taken care of.

Personally, I didn't like the bathtub in the bathroom, but others might enjoy it.

It was in the perfect location, right in the centre of Angers. The staff were extremely helpful and were very friendly to the large Irish group who were staying in the hotel to attend a wedding.They went out of their way to help us and we booked early getting great value for money.

It's a pity the construction works for the tram system is outside the front door and outside the restaurant which can be noisy if you sit outside

I recently stayed at Mercure in a centrally located room. The hotel was clean with good Wi-Fi. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh bread, delicious cheeses, and a fun feature - edible containers filled with jams. I also enjoyed the restaurant's excellent food and affordable wine selection. The hotel is conveniently close to a tram station and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants.

Central,easy to find, clean and comfortable.

Not enough tea or milk in the room had to phone down to reception for more. Pricey and no breakfast included. Cleaner had B.O. so could smell when she had been in the room.

Clean rooms, spacious with comfortable bed. TV has many channels. Convenient location near tram and bus stops. Friendly, English-speaking staff. No negative aspects mentioned.

The location was fantastic, as it was situated in the heart of the town and just a short walk from the main rail station. Being in such a good area, I felt safe and had easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and always greeting me with a warm welcome. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice selection of in-room facilities like tea and coffee-making facilities and a mini-bar. The bonus of having soundproofed rooms made my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, close to train station and main attractions. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh bread and pastries and even some healthy options like quinoa bread. The hotel staff was friendly and polite.

The rooms were small and the bathroom was a bit sparse. The shower was hard to maneuver in and lacked heating, making the bathroom steam up.
