  The hotel staff were generally always helpful and accommodating, the room was big, clean and tidy, the buffet breakfast was quite good and also included fried.

  Good value, comfortable bed and large choice for the buffet breakfast.

  Not a great location, slightly far from old town Sevilla and the front desk was quite unhelpful and rude.

  Drinks in hotel bar way too expensive and staff were not very friendly.

  Great location for shopping and located opposite El Corte Englis a big department store. Good value for money, the current best price is about $170 and furtherdown the street is a shopping mall and a movie theater as well. Tappas bars and a large mall are within walking distance, the staff is polite and professional, the rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

  Good location for train station, the river cruise and the best of all the Alcazar Palace, the hotel is near shopping and restaurants. Lobby is spacious and the staff is very friendly. Non smoking rooms are available and the swimming pool is nice and the breakfast is fantastic.

  Good location, nice hotel and the modern style. All staff very helpful and big bed. Nicely mounted flat screen, excellent breakfast buffet and very efficient in Booked a typical Spanish night.

  Convenient location for shopping in walkingdistance and good value. Free wifi in the lobby and wonderful service. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was amongst the best I have ever had.

  Location location location just like buying properties, the hotel is located a good distance from the cathedral and large clean rooms might need a shake up.

  The front desk staff could be more friendly and a bot quicker, the mini bar is way too expensive like usual.
