The hotel offered a fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices. There was something for everyone, from fresh fruit to pastries to cooked options. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk straight out of the hotel and onto the sand.- One of the best aspects of the hotel was the multiple swimming pools. Whether you wanted to relax by the pool with a book or take a refreshing swim, there was a pool to suit your needs.

The shows were lackluster and didn't offer much excitement or enjoyment. I found the prices at the hotel's restaurants to be quite high, and the quality of the food didn't match the price tag.

The outdoor pool is big and has a hydrotherapy pool and pool bar. Our room was spacious with a his and hers washbasin. The hotel has nice facilities and decor. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful gardens and pool. We liked being close to the sea. Good facilities, very relaxed atmosphere.

Loved the personalized service in the new VIP area, felt like a celebrity! The lagoon-style pool was great, but making coffee in my room was the highlight of my stay.

So disappointed that there was no water polo in the pool, I was really looking forward to showing off my skills.

Zahara de los Atunes is a beautifully little place - very quiet, local and lovely beach. Highly recommend the area it's really lovely and the town has a great atmosphere with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel is about 4km from town but we loved the walk along the beach. Hotel was great for a resort type break - staff helpful and great breakfast!

Rooms a bit out dated and no free wifi - Internet was really expensive and so was the washing services.

The location was fantastic just on the beach, where there was a beach bar and sunshades and umbrellas.

The hotel was very dated, might have been nice in 1970. Not value for money and over priced . The rooms and public areas were tired and tatty, for example the once white toilet seat was yellow ! The airconditioning was ineffective and very noisy.Whilst the pool itself was large and clean, there was very little space for sunbeds around it, they were all lined up in very close proximity to one another and there was no room to change their psoition to face the sun, what was worse was that you were forced to lie right next to the person on the sunbed next you with maybe 10 cm between you. No grass or green area round the main poo,l some limited grass round the childrens pool. Staff were completly uninterested in providing a basic level of service, they were apathetic and dismissive. Amazed that in the spa/ wellness area, the indoor pool was free but there was a charge of 18€ for use of the jacuzzi . Whlist I quite expected to pay for treatments never in any hotel spa anywhere in the world as a resident of the hotel ,have I been charged for use of pool suana jacuzzi. There are many establishments nearby with just as good a location I would not saty there again.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was unbeatable, with the hotel being right on the most beautiful long sandy beach. It was so convenient to have the beach right at my doorstep, making it easy to relax and soak up the sun. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always there, 24 hours a day, willing to assist with a smile on their faces. Whether I needed a cab or was looking for my friends, they were there to help without hesitation. The level of service provided was top-notch.

I highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Location, rooms, balcony

The hotel is right beside the beach - which is really beautiful. The rooms were large and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the main pool - which is huge.

The location is several kilometers from town so unless you plan to eat at the hotel you need to get a taxi in and out of the town. The decor is a bit dated and disappointing considering the rates they charge at this hotel - we stayed in other hotels in the region and found them to be far better value. We had to wait 20 mins to check in and 25 mins to check out which was frustrating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights. The pool was great with plenty of loungers. The beach was amazing with easy access. Location was excellent for walking to the town with bars and restaurants. Free Wifi was great.

Average facilities and decor in the rooms. Rough bathroom towels and issues with room phones and TV remote control.

The pool at the hotel was great for relaxation and swimming. The breakfast served was also very good with a wide range of options. the hotel offered many activities, which added to the overall positive experience.

The check-in process was frustrating and took a long time, with staff being unhelpful to some guests. Another downside was that some rooms had shared doors, which caused disturbances from crying babies at night.
