Food at hotel is very good and the drink is of good strength, the restaurant is very clean and bright.
Plenty of good quality fresh fruit aswell, staff efficient and polite, rooms amazing cleaned daily there spotless.
The hotel was excellent in every way and reception staff were always friendly.

Perfect location for Benidorm palace, nice Hotel and all staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the terrace was lovely to sit and relax in the evening, and away from the noise. The food was excellent, dinner was always good too,veal pie was just awesome.

S location is very good for visiting Benidorm palace, for a regular 4* hotel user this hotel will be a big let down and the childrens entertainment staff are fantastic. Every dish should be labled up suitable for vegetarians and lunch was fine too and the drinks are all ok provided you are not a wine snob.

Good location and great hotel. Casa mistral steak house in Benidorm centre is awesome and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained, food the best I have had in an all inclusive.

Pool area was clean and pool cleanliness couldnt be faulted, the breakfast was the best I have experienced in an all inclusive Spanish hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were good, the salad bar section was really nice and fresh, restaurant had great selection of food catering for all ages.

The pool and pool area are cleaned daily is immaculate, very comfortable hotel in perfect location for night out at Benidorm Palace, the maid service is very good. Towels changed every day, staff are friendly and the food is excellent.

The location is just 15 mins walk from the beach, nice hotel shame about the drinks and bar staff are really good. The food is brilliant especially for breakfast and the pool is beautifully clean and well maintained.

The pool was a really good size, as was the surrounding area, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, the reception staff and reps were very helpful. The rooms were cleaned pratically every day, restaurant was relaxed and chilled and I loved mealtimes.
