  Perfect location for Benidorm Palace, plenty of buses available to bring you back up and 10 minutes walk from the excellent Aqualand Water Park. Moreover the hotel is very clean, the Tropical bar down the road is good for the live football and the entertaiment staff are probably the best always friendly. Rooms are spacious and outdoor pool was not suitable as there is no hoist to get her in.

  Pool area absolutley spotless and hotel is lovely. Reception staff are excellent and also rooms are big enough for a family. Bar are fine and every dish should be labled up suitable for vegetarians.

  Stayed one night ideal location for the benidorm palace, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, reception staff were very helpful. Our room was nice, toilets were cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day and restaurant had great selection of food catering for all ages. The first choice kids club was fantastic and spanish clemantines were deliciously sweet. The pool was brilliant too.

  Swimming pool area kept clean and tidy, the breakfast was the best I have experienced in an all inclusive Spanish hotel, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Furthermore our room was cleaned every day and the food was extremely good. The waiters/waitresses were also very polite.

  The entertainment reps on site were good and the hotel was very clean. All staff were polite and our rooms were cleaned. Food was excellent and the swimming pool was nice.

  A good rep on site, very clean hotel and all at very reasonable prices. Staff very welcoming and helpful, rooms big. Food was great.

  Ideal location, hotel lovely and helpful reception staff spoke good English. Rooms were sparkling clean, the China Gardens set meal for two was superb and gym for 8 euros a day was great value.

  Excellent view of Benidorm Palace and we always stay there because its local to all amenities good food good price good all round. The reception staff were great and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The swimming pool was fairly big.
