My hotel room was well-kept and new-fashioned on the upper floors at the back. Location: the property was not far from `` downtown '' Venice, pretty good restaurants and an especially good gelato place, and the center of Vicenza, military installation, bus stop and many eating establishments. I went to nearby Al Fogher and tried their local food.

When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with the upper floors at the back and a larger bed and a kitchenette was ready. All the staff members were incredibly nice. The setting of hotel was excellent and marvellous, to various restaurants too.

This location was excellent and great, just next door to all the great places, Lake Garda and to the heart of Vicenza's Palladian architecture. The hotel staff was kind and lovely.

It's a modest hip new hotel with best staff members. There is a great restaurant. When I am in Vicenza, I like staying here.

Great overall experience. Wonderful hotel, excellent location to get taxi back and with exceptionally good views. Staff was friendly, room was spotless and well-maintained. Lots of great food for continental breakfast.

The location was perfect and favourable, close to freeway. The view was good and the staff were incredibly nice. My room included central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television.

Very close to the us Army base and walking distance to resaurants. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. Good breakfast buffet, especially for Italy.

The power went out late at night, which is not the hotel's fault, however there were emergency flourescent lights that came on during the power outage and they were located right over the bed. Not a good idea!

1. The young man at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. He told us everything that we needed to know. 2. The decor of the room was nice and well maintained. 3. The water was consistently hot and there were no problems with the shower or sink drains. I recommend this hotel to others and will stay here again if I am in the area.

The pillows are thin and hard.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had good water pressure. The hotel had parking and was located close to Caserma Ederle.
