Very good location and very close to the central station.

Rather close to the railway station was very important for us as we were just on a daily trip to see Verona and the location was great for the Arena.

The taxi back to the airport was a bit steep 32 euros for a 20 minute ride.

We flew via Ryanair to VBS airport; you can get a bus from the airport to Verona train station for 16 euros each return.

The room was clean and so were the bathroom and toilets.

Non smoking room smelled like someone had just finished an entire package inside and the bed was kind of a trampoline which gave you an instant notice if the other person turned while sleeping.

It seems a common thing in Italy to have twin beds pushed together instead of doubles which is quite annoying as you book a double and expect a proper double bed.

We had a room with two small twin beds (even if we asked for a double room), a small stinky bathroom and bugs in the room- not good considering that we spent 150 euro.

The room was so small, the bed took up the entire room!

Bad points - a bit of a walk into town and other restaurants, the day we came back from Venice, tired and hungry, no food facilities except crisps or chocolate available.

Breakfast available indoors or al fresco.

Found a good bar called The Highlander six very large shorts & mixers came too around 30 euros, even went back there after having my jacket stolen off my chair!

Good points - clean, friendly, very handy for train station, nice continental breakfast.

Staff uniformly pleasant and the front desk dispensed helpful information in good English without prompting.

Quiet location, clean hotel and nice staff at the reception desk.

Taking a pleasant walk into town (by directions given by the hotel staff) we encountered crack dealers and prostitutes and their clients enjoying their services in the car park at the end of the road.

Rooms were not serviced and staff were extremely rude.

Hotel runs a complementary shuttle to/from the opera, though the 20 minute walk is pleasant.

Parking garage on-site incredibly clean though free street parking is ample.

Very nice hotel, the crew were very helpful, the room was simple but clean and tidy, the breakfast was more than I expected.

Tip: we parked at the main parking between the hotel, clean rooms and breakfast also a very good one.

The room was small but clean and pretty modern.
