Our room was clean and nicely furnished and we had a stunning view of the duomo from our sun terrace, well, this place was absolutely perfect, the windows overlooked the rooftops and was hence very quiet.
Train stations to other destinations and well within walking distance of Il Duomo.
The room was fine and towels were beautifuly clean.

Location is great, the public areas of the hotel are awesome as this was once a palace.

Some of the staff are abrupt verging on unfriendly and the bathroom didnt even have a shower curtain.
