Well situated, this is a great hotel in a excellent location and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect and hotel was situated in Old Quebec was good for shopping.

We loved the location, and the retaurant (the fancier one, not the bistro) was excellent.

The location is wonderful, a very good experience in Quebec and the staff is friendly.

The island is an interesting drive, historic museums are within 15 minutes walking distance and right in the heart of the old city.

Service was very friendly and the bed was so comfortable.

My only gripe is that the beds in the standard rooms are very uncomfortable.

The room had two queen size beds and was spacious.

Additionally the bed was comfortable, the restaurant food was exceptional.

Rooms are nice and quiet, the buffet is exceptional.

Walking to the sites was not a problem at all especially with small children and they have plenty of shops and restaurants right at their doorstep.

A large fridge contained a few mini-bar items, walking to all delightful restaurants and very comfortable in either french or english.

Free internet connection and really excellent restaurant.

Within the old town and walking distance to many great restaurants.

The views from them are great and the hotel is in an excellent location. Additionally staff are very polite and the rooms are lovely.

The staff were super friendly and superb at meeting our needs. Their breakfast was great, except for the eggs, but the variety and quality of everything else made up for that.

Well located and quiet, a great grocery store next door. Our stay was lovely, the rate we paid was excellent and staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean, sauna was nice and the food was very good.

Within the old town and walking distance to many great restaurants. In addition very good central location and comfortable hotel. Beautiful building, very reasonable prices and lobby are well lit. The staff is most helpful and nice size rooms.
