The front staff could be more responsive and attentive to guests' needs.

The hotel offered airport pick-up and drop-off services, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was great, with ATMs and eateries within walking distance. the staff was extremely friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist guests.

The initial room size was small, but we were quickly transferred to a larger room the next day. The breakfast service was extremely slow, and there was a delay in getting our rooms ready upon check-in.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during my recent trip. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff, who were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety. One highlight was the complimentary airport transfers, which saved me a lot of hassle.

One minor downside was the location, which was a bit far from some of the attractions I wanted to visit. the restaurant was a bit pricey, although the quality of the food was good.
