We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was exceptional. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in the center of the city was ideal, as it was quite close to the Leningradsky railway station and within walking distance of three metro stations. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and visit different attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, ensuring that we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.
Nothing could have been better.

At mandarin moscow we had a nice stay. The hotel was adjacent to cathedral of the epiphany and you can walk to red square. Komsomolskaya subway stop is within a walking distance of the place, some 15 minutes on foot. Third Transport Ring district wo n't disappoint you.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to two subway stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The breakfast options are tasty and offer a good variety. the hotel offers great value for money and ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
One aspect to be aware of is that the neighborhood where the hotel is located may not be the most attractive in Moscow.

The delicious mandarins at the reception; room was very nice, very comfortable and a large, nice bathroom. Great TV. Free internet
Breakfast was ok. This is Moscow, for reasons unexplainable prices are ridiculous! For 165 Euros I would expect a foot massage, omelet bar and an assortment of other thrills--maybe a mid-day fruit plate with some cheese? But, Moscow andn Russia's pricing is so whacked....this is why I wrote "fair" on price v. quality.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say I was impressed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. I also appreciated the services provided by the hotel staff, such as the 24-hour room service and the friendly bell staff/porter. The room itself was spacious and modern, with great amenities like a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom were a nice touch, and the toiletries provided were of high quality.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

This is a good quality of hotel, the rooms are a nice size and the staff are friendly. We ate in restaurant one of the evenings and the food was of a good standard. The only issue was checking out, it was a very slow process and took nearly 30 minutes. I am a regular traveller to Moscow on business and will definately stay here again but allow more time for check out!
The check out process was very slow and on a couple of occasions a friend was trying to call me at the hotel but no one answered the phone at reception. In the end they had to call my mobile! Thisis not the first time I have had this problem with outsdie calls here.

Great location, close to the city center and transportation hubs. Comfortable and quiet rooms with excellent amenities and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is worth the price, offering a wide variety of options.
Rooms show signs of wear and tear, some areas could use updating and cleaning. Some advertised services are not fully available or are misleading.

We booked this hotel for our just married couple, so they went there straight after wedding party. It was lovely cozy place, good taste decorated, fantastic staff (was a big surprise to find such people in Russian hotels). We've been shown different rooms to choose, allowed to decorated with flowers and candles. The bathroom was a real pearl with window nice colors a beautiful furniture. Though the room itself is furnished quiet modest, but every piece is on its place. As our friends said the breakfast was delicious. and they had that day as a honey moon.

This hotel is a nice and cozy option for business travellers who want to stay in a quiet area that is still close to the city center. The location is relatively convenient with subway stops nearby, including Krasnoselskaya metro. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with nice bedding and bathrooms. The breakfast is great with a wide and eclectic selection of tasty foods. You can also enjoy additional facilities such as a charming restaurant.
There is a missing service that can make a longer stay cumbersome, such as the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
