I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of Zillertal. Everything was perfect including the hotel facilities, transportation, and location just opposite the train station where the ski buses depart. The breakfast was also delicious and the staff was very friendly.
Nothing, no complaints at all. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is just opposite the train station where the ski buses depart, making it incredibly convenient to access the ski slopes. The staff here were amazing, always accommodating and going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options, including fresh juice made with their own juice machine. the service and comfort provided made my experience here top-notch.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends due to its excellent location and quality services.

Great Italian restaurant nearby and a convenient location for exploring the area. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a fantastic shower that was perfect for a romantic escape.
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and the service slow. , the room had a lingering smell of smoke that detracted from the overall experience.

Great food in the Italian restaurant, friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant, and comfortable rooms with balconies.
Breakfast could be improved, as well as the communication between staff and guests who don't speak German. Street noise can also be a disturbance for light sleepers.

This hotel had a great location for catching the ski bus and train to all the ski resorts in the valley. It was located on the mountains and just opposite the train station where the ski buses depart, which was very convenient. the owners were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast options were very limited, with few or no vegetables available.
