  Hotel was lovely and spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were cleaned daily by the maid. Food was really great.

  Food was plentiful and of high quality, excellent, all staff were very helpful and always had a nice word for you. Room was spotless and had just been done up.

  Friendly, multilingual speaking staff in all departments, room very clean and the wonderful options of the international food. Great choices of salads and fruit.

  The hotel had just been refurbished and was not ready to open, the outside pool toilets were often filthy.

  The staff were brilliant and lorna the manager couldnt do enough for us, the food was excellent – plenty of choice and always fresh.

  Rooms average , as a familly of 4 , the rooms were not big enough and the pool was dirty.

  Most of staff helpful and friendly, spacious comfortable rooms. Witha big selection of salads, great heated indoor pool.

  Very poor hotel, the bar looked like a grotty old smelly back street pub.

  Good location for old town and great for beach that's. Hotel is very clean and tidy, staff are very friendly, the best food we have ever had in all inclusive.

  The location was fantastic near to all the nightlife and the beach, hotel was excellent. All staff were friendly and room was great. The bar had a huge variety of drinks and also had a daily cocktail, towels changed daily, was really nice.

  Food was poor and outside swimming pool was closed for 5 days.

  Nice pool area and excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming, fantastic from the manager, the room was cleaned daily,I cannot fault the service. The toilet was out of this world very clean and fresh looking, food was great.

  Pool area was nice and cool as mostly shaded by the trees, hotel was very clean. Staff were extremely friendly, room was cleaned daily and the all incluse bar was fantastic. Food was very good.

  The pool area was very nice too, the hotel was on a great location and the staff were very good polite and helpful Sam. The room was spotless and the maid service was wonderful, food was excellent.

  Of Benidorm is excellent, thanks to all the staff for a great week,hope to see you all again in the near future and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pools and sun terrace very good.
