We can guarantee our guests will have a completely relaxion holiday in tranquil surroundings.You can enjoy a drink beside the pool with a breathtaking view of the lake below. The heated swimming-pool with hydromassage, the bigger one in the garden, the tennis court, the nearby golf course and the horse riding centre, only 500m. away, will satisfy the most demanding guests. Our hotel is situated opposite the entrance to the 27 hole golf course, Ca degli Ulivi, in the quiet hills of Marciaga overlooking the lake and only 2 Km from the town of Garda.

      A great hotel/appartment in a prime location and the restaurant is good.

      Its location means that a car would be a benefit as it is a steep hill climb from Garda, but its well worth the climb.

      Rooms are spacious and well decorated, some with whirlpool baths.

      You are away from the traffic jams down at lake Garda, the hotel rooms are much better than the apartments - for us and the food in the restaurant is fabulous.

      The view from the hotel is gorgeous and rooms are spacious.

      The food in the restaurant is fabulous, and all the staff most pleasant.

      A great place for the independent travelller, service oriented and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
