Fittness center are fantastic, the place is clean, convenient to the Northern end of the city and nice staff at the relax part. Shower could be more modern, the food is great and on the upside, the pool and spa are wonderful.

Good location, large parking place and the staff at the baby gym was great. Room was spacious, looked recently renovated and the breakfast was FANTASTIC. Fortunately, the waiter made up for this and was hospitable, spa was wonderful.

The beautiful location and liked the hotel. Staff is well prepared and the service and food are excellent. The outdoor pool is indeed excellent, as is the exercise equipment.

Our view of the river was perfect and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. The room was neat, clean and comfortable and big enough for our luggage, the resturant for dinner was very good, the pool and the spa facilities were great.

Service was slow, also the breakfast was expensive at 18 euros per person.

Lyon is one of the most beautiful historical, romantic cities i have ever visited and the hotel is clean and spacious and the spa facility is magic. Reception and breakfast personnel are comparatively friendly.

The staff is not always available, internet access very poor.
