Has a great location on the Soane, hotel had good breakfasts and sPA was wonderful.

The location was quiet but it is only a short bus ride (ten minutes) into the center city & Vieux Lyon.

I would not stay there again, because of location and comfort, but mostly because it was a 3 star level and you get nice 3 star hotels in the centre of Lyon!

Buses very erratic so you need to use taxi's.

Location was not very central, we like the fact there was secure underground parking too and there was free parking outside the hotel.

We must have had the smallest room in the hotel, very tiny, double bed, small desk, tv cabinet and room was VERY full.

The room had a minibar, but as I discovered after getting ready for bed this was locked.

The first night, they had given us the wrong room without the correct beds and when leaving they overcharged me twice for a few nights, so I had to wait 40 minutes at reception while the manager tried to sort it out!

Although the carpet, bedlinnen etc has been modernised, rooms and especially bathrooms have a strong 70s feel.

We got one of their newly remodeled rooms which was very nice.

The desk personnel were always very helpful and the bar and restaurant help were attentive.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and restaurant staff very helpful and friendly.

Restaurant offered good food and, with a car, city center was ten minutes far.

The restaurant had a limited menu which doesn't change, so eating out is a must unless you stay one night.

In addition bar prices on high side - overall staff friendly & spa facilities very good, swimming pools are excellent.

The staff at reception were nice as well as the main barman, but the service at breakfast was lacking at the week-end, staff not happy, only few clean tables outside, little refills of the breakfast table, so had to wait to get enough!

Also in the evening, only 2 staff on, so you see the barman running to reception if someone comes.

Other than that, the staff was competent and professional, and the spa facilities were amazing.

View fantastic, hotel staff were excellent and the facilities were really clean.

Location bit out of town, so would only consider staying here if you are very interested in the pool/spa treatments.

Outdoor spa lovely and this, together with the pools and gym area, are the hotel's saving grace.

Es liegt ein wenig außerhalb, ich kann es Ihnen also nur empfehlen, wenn Sie Interesse an einem Pool und einer Spa haben.

The room was very clean and it seemed that the room cleaner was the only person paying attention to detail in this hotel!
