Great location close to the beach and in the whole area of Cala Ratjada. Clean and cozy hotel with recently renovated rooms. Excellent staff that was helpful and friendly, speaking multiple languages. Wonderful breakfast with a variety of options.

Had a great Xmas break! Loved the clean and modern rooms, they were spotless and the staff was really helpful. The hotel had a fantastic location near the sea and only five minutes from the beach. We enjoyed taking bike trips and strolling through the nearby shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great, with a good variety to choose from. , enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

The Wi-Fi was slow, and the coffee took too long. The fruit lacked sweetness, and the buffet wasn't replenished as quickly as it should have been.

The beachside location.

Wifi in the lobby worked very poorly. The so-called Gym consisted of 3 old broken training bikes. The breakfast was bland at best. The staff was very friendly, but didn't know much about the area. The hotel is full of young, German party groups.

Location and balcony view is great. Big pool. The hotel itself and the room is standard 3 star in Spain. Liked that after 11pm the music and loud activities are stopped, so you can rest. Close to the beach and bus stop and car rental

The hotel room walls are rather thin, you can hear what is going on in the near room. But on the whole it is not noisy. The variaty of food at breakfast is poor. One time the fruits were not fresh and knifes were not clean. But this was only once. On the whole the hotel is average 3 star and ok to stay at.

The hotel's location and views were absolutely amazing. I couldn't get enough of the stunning scenery. The recent renovation of the hotel was evident and the facilities and decor were modern and brand new. The staff at the restaurant were exceptional; they provided great service and the food variety was impressive.

The hotel's internet was only available in the lobby, which was inconvenient. the bathrooms were quite small and the walls were not soundproof, as I could hear my neighbor snoring in the early hours of the morning.

The hotel is situated in very good place, near the sea and the beach. The pool is very good, big and clean. The room was cleaned every day and everything about that was great. The stuff was very good and hard working. The food was quite good.

Rooms look quite different from those in the photos and the worst thing is that not all rooms are eaqual by comfort. Althought we paid the same money, we got the room in the corner with four times smaller balcon and neighbour just "face to face" in distance of 20cm. The good thing was that we changed it and got another. Another room was good, but it was situated so that everyone near the pool could see us inside. It was discomfortable and we had to put on the curtains every time we wanted to change and etc. And also it was quite loud, because of very loud youth in it.

The hotel is conveniently close to the beach, allowing for easy access to the beautiful Agulla beach. it is also situated near shops and restaurants, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and some offering a sea view from the balcony. The hotel also offers a decent buffet breakfast and good facilities, such as a pool and pool bar.

Some customers mentioned that the atmosphere in the hotel was not very sociable or friendly, which could be disappointing for families with children seeking a more lively and engaging environment.

The hotel and room was excellent - on top floor with balcony and view to swimming pool and sea. Close to city center.

Localisation of Hotel Lux is ideal - close to the beach and town centre although away from the night life noise. Also, I couldn't ask for more friendly staff, who was always there to help. I really enjoyed the variety of food too, we booked half board and it proved to be a good choice. In general, I had a great time at this hotel.

Exterior and decor is outdated, but reasonable for a 3-star hotel.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location of this place is perfect, as it is close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the area and try out different local cuisines. Additionally, the hotel had a stunning view of the sea, which was such a treat to wake up to every morning.

This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Excellent cleaning of the room every day and clean towels every day. The mini disco was ok, it were the same songs / dance every night, for 15 minutes.

First of all let me say I am not one that is easy discouraged by a hotel or place for a holiday. Last year we spend a family holiday in Sant Antoni Ibiza (famous for their drunken english party people?) in a similar hotel, no complaints at all and had a lovely time. We booked the superior rooms with seaview and did not get those rooms. When we asked if we had those rooms they said yes, but we are not stupid, there were far more luxurious rooms then ours. We choose this hotel because it said to be 200m from the beach, not true, at least 500m if not more, 200m from the coast. We thought this hotel would be family friendly, we did not really experience that. If there are many young people in the hotel, like we experienced the first week, they can be very overruling, taking over the pool, playing loud music etc. Not nice for the kids, but the staff will not do anything about it. If you are traveling with kids, the closest beach is not accessible for prams, there's no boulevard, u have to walk 5 to 10 minutes through the sand to get to where it's nice for the children to play in the water. The pram just fit in the elevator and through the door of the hotel room, to get to the pool / dinner area, you'll have to walk around the hotel to get there as the elevator does not go there. If you are traveling with small babies that need clean boiled water for formula, bring you're electric heater! As they have none in the hotel! During our stay we experienced 4 different people at the reception, 2 were ok, and the other 2 were not helpful at all. One of the kids stepped in glas at the pool, when asked for a bandage the man at the reception for some reason got half mad, through the bandage at us and did not do anything about the glass laying on the floor at the pool. Last but not least, you will get the feeling you're in Germany, not in Spain. Even the spanish restaurants have their menu written in german.
