Hotel Lutecia Lisbon - 里斯本

The only problem is the location because the hotel is located in between the airport and the downtown.

Great location, a very comfortable hotel and staff spoke english well.

Good location, i liked everything at Lutecia Hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The best of the hotel is the public transport access, as it's located close to the metro (station: Roma), and practically in front of a train station (Roma-Areeiro) where trains and a lot of buses stop.

The hotel is quite close to the airport so when there are 2 or more of you, it might not be too much more expensive to take a taxi instead of the Aerobus.

My room (for one) had a king size bed and was reasonably spacious.

The rooms can be bigger, especially with the kind of furniture in it, the room gets a bit cramped.

Room was lovely and warm and to be able to come back and have a bath after walking around Lisbon`s wonderful sights, was heaven!

Service was excellent, bedroom was clean and tidy, the mini bar prices were also.

Safe (for which there was no charge) and minibar in room, and some have balconies.

Rooms have been recently refurbished as has the restaurant and lobby bar area and the restyling is a pleasing minimalist style - muted colours and modern art.

If you want to stay near the bar and restaurant area, the hotel cannot fulfil you.

0 Euros for a bottle of wine, and friends who ate in the restaurant enjoyed their meal.

The Staff in the restaurant helped us to chosse the best dishes.

Its not in the centre but have a walk around the area and discover some of the local shops and restaurants.

Nice location, good price for value and the staff at the front desk were all helpful.

They can definetly do with some more staff especially at the reception desk as checking in/out, especially during rush hours get a bit slow and one has to wait for a long time for the clerk to get done with whatever he is doing.

I told the manager that if his staff is stealing from me they are certainly stealing form him as well.

The view from the Balcony was amazing, i didnt know that was a 4 star hotel because was very cheap for that and the staff did a nice job of serving in a professional manner.

Extremely polite staff, free internet and the other iron railings about 3 feet high max.
