Fantastic location and florence was a wonderful experience for us: unbeatable shopping.

The location is brilliant and just a half block from the Ponte Vecchio is ideal. The hotel is great, the lobby is also charming and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean, the terrace is beautiful and the restaurant is actually very good.

Great location, as long as you park in an offical car park and florence is not a very large town. Hotel Lungarno is perfect and the lobby is very well appointed. The staff is friendly, the standard rooms are very small and the new restaurant is superb.

The location was ideal, our room had a wonderful patio that looked over the river and this elegant hotel was something we assumed was beyond our means. Lobby bar was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. The bathroom was good and breakfast was delicious.

Great location and luxury hotel. The classic interior was a perfect reflection of the public areas downstairs, the service overall was very friendly and professional, the concierge was super helpful. The bathroom was nice, the restaurant served was one of the best dinners we had in Italy and check-out were both efficient.
