Pleasant hotel with accommodating staff, has marvellous location to get a cab. The rooms are modern and neat, with coffee and a kettle.

The check in was efficient and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Modest and newly renovated unit with a view of the garden, very helpful staff. Magnificent location short walk to train station, and the main shopping areas; efficient check-in. Also, to Charles de Gaulle airport.

Reasonably large and compact units with a comfortable single bed, a balcony, for example, accommodating employees;)))

Perfectly clean and pleasant hotel, magnificent location near the old town for the choice of restaurants in the evening. Knowledgeable staff, PERFECTLY PLEASANT stay. Nice bed, great modern room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. Generous breakfast option with jams and salami.

The staff was courteous on arrival and throughout the stay.

Cozy bed and excellent service

During our stay at Hotel Ludwig, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed. It was incredibly cozy, with puffy covers and comfortable pillows that provided the best sleep we've had in a long time. The staff at the hotel were also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. When I accidentally dropped my passport, they found it and took the initiative to track me down and ensure its safe return. The service was outstanding.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a mini-bar and coffee/tea facilities in the room, these were not significant enough to detract from our overall positive experience. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly and helpful staff more than made up for it.

Tidy, new-fashioned units provided with a balcony, surprisingly big terrace, as example. Location very close to Cologne Cathedral, the opera house, the concert hall, pick up for bus tours and easy access to the Christmas Markets, sightseeing and Dusseldorf. Again, walking distance to a grand Gothic cathedral...

Generous and traditional breakfast, best ever had, with sausage and cheeses, for instance.

The hotel's staff are outstandingly accommodating and super friendly. The ambiance is quiet. The breakfast options are generous with several types of cereals and fruit.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the main train station, making it perfect for those arriving late at night. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with good facilities and the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the garden. The breakfast offered a variety of local products and was included in the price, providing a great start to the day.

All was fine, no improvements needed.
