  Location excellent, very good value and the price was great. Once inside, the entire lobby was beautiful and well staffed, front desk personal were friendly and professional, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was delicious.

  Convenient to shopping, the cultural center, movies and downtown, excellent hotel and clean attractive comfortable rooms, nice lobby,spa, restaurants, bar. Staff were really great and food was excellent, drinks were good, and the service was the best.

  The bed was too high to get into and there were no hand rails by the toilet, one of the receptionist, was unhelpful and non very kind.

  Hotel was very nice and the lobby was beautiful and spacious. The staff were superb and by way of example, an excellent medium pizza deliverd to my room was under $9. The food in the resturants were very good.

  Excellent value for the money and great staff. No discount, no free night, nothing and good room service. The Italian restaurant and above all the servers, are really very very nice.

  The hotel was very clean, the staff were great and fresh fruit was provided in the room, as well as bottles of water. The food was fabulous and the service impeccable.

  The hotel itself is very nice, the pool area is cute and the lobby is very spacious, staff are very accommodating, excellent resaurants and room service is inexpensive as compared to U. Three restaurants are very good.

  The hotel is in the best location in Tijuana, the front desk personnel are always courteous and professional, the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The service os excellent and the restaurant is very good, also the pool is really nice.

  I liked the fact the hotel was convenient to the financial district and the int hospital, the staff were excellent. Our room was very nice, clean.

  The beds were the hardest i have ever experienced in a hotel, the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous.

  The shower was great and one of the receptionist, was unhelpful and non very kind.
