The hotel was a good choice given the price and actually the best staff I've ever had in Mexico.
I was in a room with two double beds on the 6th floor and there was a little balconey with a lovely wrought iron railing.
It was very clean although the bed was exceptionally firm!
The best of this hotel that is near of the bus station, the room is nice.
Bathroom could of used a little upgrading.
Room service was very quick, less than 15 minutes after placing the order our food arrived on not one occasion but on several.
The piano bar, ladies bar, night club and restaurants on-site are all top notch.
Though the rooms were a LOT cleaner this time, the restaurant food, again left a lot to be desired.
The problem with Lucerna is the restaurants.
There is little in the way of restaurants or bars within walking distance.
The breakfast buffet was delightful (the tunas empanada & the flan were exquisite!
The hotel staff was helpful and room service was very quick.
Nice staff, all employees were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean.
The overall vibe of the place was good and staff was wonderful.
Very nice place to sit in the evening and staff are wonderful.
It's very much like a resort in the way its marble lobby floors gleam and were constantly mopped, in the way its beautiful pool had a charming waterfall, in the way its bellhop Jesse was very informative and at your service.
It was 112 degrees and to lay by the pool and have some great drinks was a real fun.
Our stay at the Hotel Lucerna was wonderful, we stayed in one of the cabanas by the pool, our accomadations were very clean, quiet and well kept.
