This calm spot is next to the gorgeous Borghese Gardens north of central Rome. It's off the beaten path, but has a free shuttle that takes guests to Via Veneto. There's an award-winning wine cellar at the restaurant, which specializes in Italian fare and seafood. Some liked the tiny art deco rooms, but others were less impressed overall.

Hotel Lord Byron is situated in marvelous Parioli district, popular with tourist all year long. Apart from refreshing Borghese Gardens, the property is close to Via Veneto and the Spanish Steps.

The hotel offers 32 rooms featuring deluxe marble baths and balcony and/or terrace. Air conditioning will help you to feel comfortable all day long, independently of the weather.

The location was almost a bit too quiet for me and the Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The service was mainly excellent, room was large by European standards and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. Also for dinner was truely a lovely person.

The location is good and the service superb, the room is very comfortable and the hotel staff is very helpful. My home away from home is as wonderful as ever, restaurant is perfect.

Cabs into town are not that expensive, the beds are quite hard.

We loved our stay, leafy , incredible buildings and the art deco interiors are unique and beautiful and the staff are friendly. The concierge service is very helpful too, room is very clean and breakfast, served in the restaurant, is a generous buffet.
