It was a pity as otherwise it was a nice hotel, nice staff and good value for money.
The hotel was clean and very good value for money.
Situated close to the central square and the hotel restaurant serve you good dinner at fair prices.

All the staff were extremely helpful, booking taxis and trips as we requested them - and cancelling restaurant bookings / taxi collection times as our plans changed.
We didn't use the trams at all as we found most places in the city accessible by foot.
The rooms were small and having the night table behind the bed, instead of next to it, made it diificult to keep medicine and water nearby.
Great breakfast, good bed, very helpful staff at the desk, and a very easy walk to Krakow's many points of interests.
We were given 3 double rooms despite booking 1 family room and 1 triple.
The rooms we got were not too big but they are very neat and the facility left us no room for complaint.
Guest room information and even the menu on the restaurant table stated 11pm close.
The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean with a reasonable bar and restaurant.

Enjoyed Poland immensely, prices were good and choice of food and restaurants was excellent.
Good location, the bar was a great place to meet fellow travellers and the staff were very helpfull especially karolina on reception gave advice ant help'' thanks for everything.
The only negatives i would mention are the lack of a lift in the back part of the hotel which could be limiting to some people and the attitude of some of the reception staff.

Lobby was full of smoke and car parking cost us PLN 35 (€9).
There was no lift in the part of the hotel that we stayed in (although there were only 3 floors), so I would not recommend to people with limited mobility.
