  The view was great, my week stay was superb and staff were friendly. Room was nice and the bar also had good cocktails. The food was lovely.

  The dinner menu selection was poor and pool was closed due to winter.

  Nice lounge/reception area and affected visibility down to the sea. The hotel is very quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room smelt lovely, the food is good and beautiful infinity edge pool.

  The town of Eze is beautiful and the hotel is high up in the mountains and overlooks the ocean. The staff is friendly and as accommodating as they can be given what they have to work with. The beds are extremely comfortable, surprisingly so for a European hotel.

  We arrived in the early afternoon and reception informed us our rooms would be ready at 3 p.m. We returned at 4 p.m. and were given a room (2nd floor) where the bed was made but nothing was restocked (soap, towels, mini-bar) and there was a full ashtray sitting on the balcony. All of the balconies are connected and there was a little girl staring through our sliding glass door crying for quite some time so we asked reception if we could be moved to another room because this was our honeymoon. They immediately and happily moved us to a room that was already occupied (3rd floor). Reception finally found us a room (4th floor) after going around and manually checking if rooms were occupied since their computers were not accurate. This room was very clean, restocked and (like the others) terribly outdated. You pay for the location and the view at this hotel. The rooms themselves look like $75/night beach motel rooms. On our second day, the elevators broke down and remained out of order for the remainder of our stay. On the 4th day, we were awakened by a ringing cell phone that was lodged in our couch cushions. We carried our suitcases, and the mystery cell phone up 4 flights when we went to check out. When we arrived at reception to check out the woman at the desk apologized profusely about the elevator. We gave her the cell phone and our room key and she looked up the room account information which was under a different name. She seemed confused and we suggested she look up our information by last name instead of room number. Then she asked us if we had enjoyed the 4 breakfasts we had. We never ate at Les Terraces. So puzzled again, she printed out our receipt and we went over the bill together. In the end, we got the bill straightened out, paid and left. Overall, this is a ramshackle hotel with a friendly though uncoordinated staff. Les Terraces is way overpriced for what they offer.

  Very comfortable room a distance from the reception area and staff were super. Bathroom: Bathroom was clean.
