I liked the location a lot - is located at a very lively street and for 2 star hotel in Paris excellent services - cleanilliness of room.
The location is fantastic, beautiful cafes everything you need is steps away from this hotel like supermarkets laundry machines bakeries two metro stations are nearby and the rooms are very simple.
Hotel is small, the staff are really really friendly and air conditioner is equipped for each room.
