This hotel has a great location, nestled close to the river and offering a beautiful view from the room balcony. The staff were really friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-appointed with attention to detail, and we especially loved the balcony with its good south view. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was a delightful way to start the day.

I requested and was charged for a Superior double room, but I was given a very small basic room. (the room was 76 inches wide... The hotel informed me that the class of room I booked through you was sold out months before you sold me the reservation. Effectively I was over charged by you mis-representing the accomodation available Your explanation please, before I log my poor experience on the hotel review sites. John Sowerby

La Montagne, one of the dining options, is only a 10-minute walk away and we highly recommend it.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect for accessing the nearby ski lift and exploring the beautiful mountains around. It is also conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to reach the tram. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms have a good south view with balconies. Plus, breakfast is included, adding to the overall value of the stay.

Room for improvement, but overall a satisfying experience.

The rooms were warm and comfortable during our Easter stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of the breakfast available at the hotel for a reasonable price. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to skiing and other activities in the area.

We enjoyed the convenient location for skiing, with easy access to transportation and ski storage. The views of the mountains from our room were breathtaking. The hotel facilities were clean and cozy, with a lovely fireplace and wellness options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was superb.

Amazing location just steps away from the ski lift and the main street with plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and sparkling clean bathrooms. We appreciated the free shuttle service to the ski lift and the storage room for all our gear.

The staff seemed a bit uninterested and not very helpful, especially when it came to the additional fees for the sauna and spa facilities. The breakfast was quite expensive compared to other small cafes in the area and lacked variety, but we found a great bakery nearby for our morning coffee and croissant.

Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay at a cosy hotel with a convenient location for skiing. We appreciated the spacious rooms with balconies offering lovely views of the mountains around. The breakfast was superb and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We easily reached Meribel for skiing with the nearby ski lift and the Olympe funicular.

The hotel could use some renovation in certain areas, particularly the bathroom facilities.
