Long distance calls were free and the location was also exceptional.

The location is great for New Orleans being at Lee Circle is just off of downtown, the staff from the hotel is excellent and cheap beds to sleep on.

Not to mention, it's a great location if you know your way around New Orleans (or, at least if you have a map).

We always had to take a taxi to anyplace we went.

We did not use the trolley as the people looked like sardines in a can, but took nice walks during the day, when we came home a night from Bourbon Street we would catch a taxi a couple of blocks up and I think the fare was maybe $6.

The sheets, pillows and linens were adequate for a 3-4 star hotel, the bed spread was a little scary, but overall the room was clean and neat with nice designer touches like marble tile bathroom and faux designer chairs.

I had reserved a non-smoking room with two beds, but my only choices were a smoking room or a room with one bed and a sofabed.

The first room we had with the queen bed was #609, it was tiny, including an abnormally small bathroom/shower, but nevertheless cozy for a couple.

My room was extremely small with just enough space for a bed, table and tv.

Great Climate control, great shower, good bed, renovated room, and we got a great rate.

The lobby was very nicely laid out with the setup for a restaurant/bar, although we were coming and going at all hours of the day and night and it was never open.

No bar or restaurant as advertise at booking(the owner filed for bankruptcy according to the front desk clerk).

I waited a good 10 minutes before anyone from the restaurant was visible on the floor and then asked about seating for breakfast.

The restaurant, bar, and gym are all shut down.

I went down for breakfast at around 9:30 am and there was only one other diner in the restaurant.

The hotel staff were very nice and the service was more than adequate.

However, clean facility, service orientated staff, and prompt attention to details on our week long stay.

My stay at this hotel was not bad and the front desk staff was fantastic.

There are some misleading amenities shown on the hotel website, but in short: Within the hotel there is no paper delivery, no complimentary car/shuttle, no restaurant, no bar, no gym, no pool, no basketball court, no robes, no limo or driver.

We walked 6 blocks and across a highway to get to the tiny gym just to find out that they don't have a pool or a sauna- the man who worked there states, "your hotel should have known that".

Kind of modern lobby, the hotel was very nice by crediting the room for parking and the front desk was so helpful on EVERYTHING i needed.

The hotel charges $3/night for the safe (3" deep and 12" tall) and $5/ night for wireless internet and "free" unlimited local and long distance calls.

The staff was quite friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Our room was clean, continental breakfast was nothing special at all and check-in: Check-in was fine.
