Hotel Le Saint James Montreal - 蒙特利尔

The location is great -- very close to Old Town and by far the best hotel experience in Canada.

The location is good too -- just down the block from the Cathedral and close to some good dining.

The location is very convenient, close to everywhere in Vieux Montreal.

The doorman is always at the ready with a taxi if you need one, and there is a subway station within a few blocks, so it's easy to visit other parts of the city.

Quite convenient to the airport - about a 20 minute ride with no traffic.

Upon entering the room we found soft music playing, the perfectly made bed with crisp Frette sheets and the beautiful overhead halogen lighting glowing made the room look absolutely divine.

In detailing my room which was large, there was a large king bed with delicious linens (very European), a desk, a small sitting area with two chairs and a large closet.

We really enjoyed our room and found ourselves returning early most evenings to snuggle up in the sumptuous bed and watch movies.

Even though we were both uncomfortable, we were both so tired and just going to bundle up and hope for the best and go to bed, but the toilet seemed to be filling up.

I was just a little disappointed in the fact that after the 3rd move, and having to move after we went to bed for the 2nd night, I think they could have given us a nicer room.

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient, the room was very spacious and elegant.

Room is great, bar is quiet and professional, the new restaurant deserves to have more sophisticated menus.

The bar is lovely at night and the food is amazing.

The location of the hotel is really quite convenient and just a ten minute walk to the historic area which is filled with shops, galleries and restaurants with a very Eurpoean feel.

The restaurant serves good food and room service is effient.

I can't say enough about the staff --from the front desk to the wonderful concierge to the front door men each and every one couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

An equally sophisticated front desk staff awaited us there and the concierge team is most probably the best in Canada.

The staff (all of them from the housekeepers to the concierge to the general manager) went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

The hotel -- even the elevator -- is furnished with magnificent works of art, designed into little nooks that make dining with family or having a business meeting a special experience.

At no point during our stay did we have any problems, housekeeping was excellent as well, very rare these days.

Excellent food and from the engraved invitations for two complimentary 30 minute Spa treatments to amazing.

Some positives to the hotel - the washrooms are great, the Internet is free.

The room was spotless and every dish was tasty.

My room was extremely clean, the food was pretty good.

The room was spotless, decor was beautiful and elegant - an excellent melding of classic luxury and technology.
