Hotel Le Royal, Luxembourg - 卢森堡

Perfectly located near the center of town and a fantastic hotel in a great location for exploring Luxembourg City.

We thought that this was a great hotel in a great location.

Best location for conducting business and staying in the midst of things.

We made use of the hotel's courtesy shuttle bus to bring us from and take us back to the airport.

Free shuttle either to airport or, in our case, to railway station.

There was a decent bathroom with shower over the bath, and the bedroom has a really comfortable bed, AC and flat screen TV.

The bedroom comprised of a large room with a double bed (on the slightly hard side), flat screen television, armchair and footrest, large desk, telephone and broadband internet access.

But the rooms were small, the extra bed we needed in 1 room meant that there was then no floorspace to speak of (and I had paid a higher rate for that room).

Spacious , light and airy room with a good bathroom and comfortable bed.

The room was very beautiful and well furbished with a huge bed and marble bathroom.

We had booked the hotel through the "Leading Hotels of The World" website and got a "Weekend" package, which included full buffet breakfast, dinner at the Restaurant, free parking and a drink at the piano bar.

Right in the heart of the city, with great rooms, great breakfast, and lounge/cafe/bar to conduct business meetings, and the service is great!

There are so many good restaurants in Luxembourg that I've never eaten in the hotel restaurant, but the menu looks good.

Got a Friday and Saturday night for about 420euros on the hotel website as part of the welcome offer including breakfast both mornings, dinner on one night, fruit in the room and a glass of champagne each in the bar.

Excellent and helpful staff, good restaurants & breakfast.

The desk staff, concierge and breakfast staff were helpful but overall I would not recommend this hotel for families as we were not made to feel very welcome.

The services of the hotel and attentiveness of the staff are tiptop, as you'd expect for this class of hotel.

Reception and concierge seemed very good to me.

All the staff were exceptionally freindly and helpful, and we flet we were getting the service one would expect in a 5 star establishment.

The pool & spa was very quiet & extremely clean.

The only slight criticism would be the size of the Pool/Gym area-very small.

The pool and sauna facilities, while not state of the art, are adequate, and again the health centre staff are extremely helpful, the bar is a bit dated in a kitcsh 70's style, but again is soft and reassuring and not at all tatty.

I stayed in Hotel Royal on a business trip and I was surprised that this hotel still retains five stars , the decor is dated and the rooms were average , although everyhting was clean and tidy.

The bathroom was clean with all the soap and other stuff you need.

Rooms however are not very spacious but clean and adequate.

In the suite there was fresh fruit & choclates waiting for us.

We had a superior room and found that a lovely platter of fresh fruit had been left in the room while we were out site seeing.
