We had a fantastic family trip to the Domaine du Roi Arthur Hotel and Spa in Ploërmel. Situated by the stunning 250-hectare Lac au Duc and next to the Bluegreen golf course, it provided a perfect setting for a fun-filled break with our children. The spacious rooms were quiet and comfortable, allowing us to relax and recharge after a day of activities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location also gave us the opportunity to enjoy outdoor adventures and explore the beautiful surroundings. Whether it's for a weekend escape or a full week's holiday, this hotel is an ideal choice for families seeking a memorable experience.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could provide more children's entertainment options to keep the little ones entertained during the stay.

The hotel is set near a beautiful lake, offering scenic views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even having balconies overlooking the golf course. The bathrooms are attractive and contemporary, providing a pleasant experience. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a satisfactory level of service. The breakfast is enjoyable, with self-serve cereals and croissants to start the day.

One negative aspect is the restaurant service, which can be quite slow and inattentive at times.

We really liked the ambience, the professional friendly staff. The Spa facilities are very good. The restaurant is excellent serving top quality food. The room we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. There is plenty to do within the area. The location of thye hotel on the edge of lac au duc is magnificent.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful lake and surrounding walks. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even went above and beyond to accommodate my family's needs. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved having a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view of the front of the hotel. Even though I didn't get a chance to use the heated pool and sauna, it was great to know they were available. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The beautiful smellof fresh flowers when you walk in. The wonderful food and the great service in the restaurant. Rooms were very pleasant, exceptionally clean and could sit out on the balcony in fresh air. Spa was great; so many hotel pools are not much bigger than a hot tub but this was bigger and good for a proper swim. The little notice by the lift of the weather, Saints day local markets,plus and somewhere to visit with a few interesting facts about the place. Very condusive to relaxing whilst working.

The plastic chairs in the rooms - not at all comfortable for sitting on to work for lengthy periods. Otherwise everything excellent.

The spa is just beautiful, the swimming pool was also war enough, that our 16-month-old daughter could bath in it.

The restaurant is too expensive and they should have more meals without fish.

The bar staff at Best Western Plus were incredibly accommodating when we arrived hungry after a long journey, providing us with a delicious snack even outside of normal meal times. The hotel's location overlooking the golf course and lake was absolutely stunning. The restaurant had a calming ambiance and the food was outstanding, with the profiteroles dressed as swans for dessert being a highlight. The room was clean and well-presented, providing a comfortable night's sleep. I would highly recommend Best Western Plus for its excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and great value.

I've stayed at the Best Western Plus hotel in Ploermel multiple times, and it's always been my go-to choice for the convenient access to the lake and walking trails. The hotel offers a heated pool and sauna, although my husband and I don't swim, it's a great amenity to have. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the front of the hotel. The highlight was definitely the fantastic view of the lake and golf course, which added to the overall charm of our stay. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served very good food, making dining a pleasure.

We spent our Christmas vacation at this hotel located next to a lake and golf course. The staff was knowledgeable and polite throughout the stay. The restaurant had an accomplished menu, and we enjoyed the substantial wine list and availability of food on the terrace. The rooms were quiet and spacious. We appreciated the heated pool facilities and sauna.

The prices at the bar were steep, and the décor was a bit old-fashioned for us. However, there were plenty of healthy options for breakfast in the morning, and the location was perfect for easy lake access and walks in the area.

The lake nearby was great for a relaxing walk and the food was good. There was plenty of variety at breakfast and the healthy choices were appreciated.

I always come back for the friendly staff and excellent service. They even helped me find a local taxi on my first visit. This place has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, room service, and more. Perfect for my weekend getaway.

The breakfasts were delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
